Leadership Development

God has uniquely gifted and called people from all aspects and avenues of life, from every vocation and ability, from children to young adults, women and men. Leadership development focuses on training lay leaders to take on roles of responsibility within the church. All over the world, these leaders are encouraged to discover what it means to lead, what it takes to visualize and understand what God is calling them to, and how to make that vision become a reality. The Church of the Nazarene also seeks to develop the next generation of leaders with new and fresh ideas to accomplish our mission of making Christlike disciples in the nations.
