Urban Ministries

For many, the term “missions” conjures up visions of jungles, deserts, and travel to remote areas of the world to find people who have never heard the name of Jesus. Yet urban settings around the world are also filled with millions of people who have yet to be invited to experience a personal relationship with Christ! Though they may live among dense populations, they often have no opportunity to connect with believers. Many do not have a single trusted Christian friend. Cities are made of a variety of people, language groups, and economic levels, all of which create unique opportunities where the gospel of Christ may be shared.
